An immersive 5-course dinner experience
Imagine a cool, breezy evening by the beach. The air carries a hint of salt and chill. You’re barefoot in the sand, your favorite drink in hand, and laughter rises over the sound of waves crashing nearby. Then comes the food — a tangy, peppery Mackerel fry, lightly dusted with cream of wheat and pan-fried until the exterior is perfectly crisp. The skin crackles with each bite, revealing tender, rich, oily flesh inside — full of depth, spice, and comfort. That’s how I spent most evenings with my friends on the beaches of Murudeshwar, a small coastal town that holds some of my dearest memories.
I was living there while pursuing my Diploma in Automobile Engineering, but truthfully, it was much more than a time of study — it was a time of discovery, of friendship, and of food. Those days remain…
