I started cooking at 10, self-taught and shaped by generous home cooks around me. Born in Bangalore and raised across North India, I grew up surrounded by regional cuisines — but it was settling in South India that truly defined my culinary identity.
Travelling across 4 continents deepened my relationship with food, showing me how powerfully it connects cultures. That wanderlust lives in my cooking — a blend of Indian heritage and the bold flavours of Southeast Asia, elevated but always soulful.
